Great location, aside from that bad value for money.

Liked:The location is absolutely the strong point, public transport is right around the corner with great links to the centre.

Disliked:The rooms are completely bare-bones, lacking in storage space, we needed a kettle for the room and were offered one for a ridiculous €7 a day. The breakfast was overpriced and lukewarm, the coffee had no taste.

Liked:The location was perfect, it was 2 min walk to Heroes Square, and 5 min walk to subway station. The hotel room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Mixed Experience Near Heroes' Square

Liked:You couldn't ask for a better spot. Being right near Heroes' Square made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The team here is the hotel's greatest asset. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are updated with modern equipment and the general quality of the decor is high. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a great selection and plenty of variety to start the day.

Disliked:Dinner was a major letdown (we paid for half-board) . It was a fixed set menu (vegetable soup, pork schnitzel, and pancakes) with no options for those with dietary restrictions, such as vegans or those requiring Halal meals. Additionally, the portions were quite small. The bathrooms and toilets are very cramped; plus-size guests would likely find them uncomfortable. Similarly, the parking area is tiny and carries an extra fee. I struggled to fit my SUV and had to get "creative" just to park. For the price point, the lack of a minibar in a standard double room was disappointing. Ongoing Renovations - while the noise didn't bother us, the presence of contractors everywhere was a bit much. At times, they were even blocking the lobby, making it difficult to navigate with luggage.
