Great value for money. Awesome location

Liked:It was hard to find a good hotel room due to Metallica’s two concerts in town. Orion Hotel is old but clean, very well located and with friendly staff. It’s by the river, with coffee shops and restaurants close by and very walkable. I took different bus lines with stops nearby, to go to the airport and to Pest downtown.

Excellent downtown location and value.

Liked:Great location just at the base of Castle Hill and about a three minute walk to the Elizabeth bridge. Tram and bus stops withing 300'. A very good breakfast served at 7AM. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Disliked:All good.

A great choice for a central location in Budapest

Liked:Great location and spacious room with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and WiFi

Disliked:Maybe a few small repairs in the room. The socket in the bathoom needs reaffixing. Too small single summer duvets for a King Size bed was strange. Quite awkward to join them together to cover during sleep and they fell off in the night.

Good location. Overall 3 stars as is. Noise cancellation very bad

Liked:Breakfast pretty poor, basically it is just eggs and bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese.

Disliked:Noise cancellation equals to zero. It was horrible!!! Every piece of sound from the corridor, rooms above and around - like it was in my own room. Smb in the room above me moved the chair at 3.00 - like scratching in my ear.
