Staff were friendly.

Liked:The beds were comfortable. Toilet flushed properly.

Disliked:There was no water for shower. No air conditioning. No hair dryer in the room. No kettle available for boiling water to drink. Quite a bit of distance from public transportation.

Liked:Very friendly staff, English speaking, helpful. Overall great communication with hotel. Hotel was older in style, but beds very clean, comfy and size of room was ok. There is working elevator, we had tv in our room. Rooms are older, but cosy, warm, with big window. The area is 6km from the city center, but it's interesting (nice churches nearby, supermarkets) and it's very quiet. Also the hotel was not noisy.

Disliked:The shower head was bad, it gave only small stream of water, and the waiting time for hot water was so long, that I thought there is no hot water at all, so I had a cold shower. The shower head is fixed in place, combined with low stream it was actually dificult to take a shower. It's a budget hotel, unfortunately I had to reserve at the very last minute and they have higher prices for last minute reservation, so I paid quite a lot for a budget hotel - but I was happy for any accomodation at all. For normal budget price I wouldn't complain. But I guess the shower head would be easy to fix and it would be a big upgrade to the whole stay :)

For what I paid dealing with a budget I was very happy to stay there for 5 days

Liked:For the price and Location it was worthy. It doesn’t look as much but it has everything I needed.The personel at the reception were wonderful and very helpful

Disliked:I would like to have a coffee maker
