Disliked:I requested three beds instead of two beds and a sofa. The reason is that we had back problems and sofa is not comfortable to use for sleeping. !!Do not ask, if you cannot deliver!!! I was ask at the reservation what do we prefer - sofa or bed? I selected the bed. We also called reception desk, but nobody answered. We had to go down to get what we needed.

We had high expectations, but it was a disappointing experience with sub-average hospitality.

Liked:Strengths: •The room was clean and well-lit, with multiple lighting control options; •The hotel looked very good and well-maintained; •The breakfast was decent to very good (but not fabulous); •They had accessible and spacious parking.

Disliked:Particularities: •Unprepared staff lacking a sense of hospitality (especially the manager, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an inability to resolve simple situations); •The AC had incorrect electrical connections for the fan motor (the second setting on the thermostat actually corresponded to the fan's true maximum speed); • The AC couldn't cope either (after a full night set to 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature was 23.5 degrees Celsius); •The shower was leaking; •Their signature fabulous restaurant had very few options (you can check the menu online); •In addition to the menu prices, a non-transparent 15% surcharge is applied to the bill, presented as VAT—even though that is not how VAT works; it is essentially a disguised tip; •No one asks if you are a hotel guest so you can get the 10% discount; if you only mention it after already making the payment, you cannot get your money back or even a compensation; •On top of having a very limited menu, I ordered a portion of panko schnitzel and french fries, and the quality was on par with a cheap dive bar; •I wouldn't have chosen this restaurant, but as a tourist checking into the hotel late—and with the restaurant only open until 10:00 PM—the prices were exorbitant.

Reasonably priced with simple but good breakfast. Good for one night.

Liked:Free parking. Reasonable price.

Disliked:Place was constantly crowded with large, noisy groups of tourists brought in by tour buses. Very crowded elevators.

The room overall in good, 8/10.

Liked:The room was OK, but only for 2 day.

Disliked:The location was awful. We had to walk for 15 mins to the nearest metro station. The only one bus from the hotel to metro came only once in an hour, and after 20:00 it was not even available. The restaurant (Sky Bar) was awful. The menu in Google Maps was not updated. Our expectations about the food were much higher. Furthermore, we were eligible for 10% discount as hotel guests, but nobody, including the waitress, didn’t informed us.
