It's a good hotel overall

Liked:It's in a good place, clean, staff are nice.

The staff needs training on how to take care of customers, to me service is everything.

Liked:Room was not bad, a bit on the run down on some items, the location is a good location right in the middle of downtown budapest. Did not get to eat at the hotel.

Disliked:The service, the staff when I arrive saw me waiting to get checked in, there two attendants, the girl just stared at me I was not sure if she was working or not, but I was clearly in line to be served while the other attendant was taking care of the person in from of me, I had to ask her if she was working, for her to even say hello. The parking is not included, you have to pay 23 euros, but is accessible right from the hotel. Asked for a iron 3 times and had to go down to the lobby after 40 minutes because we were rushing to leabe and needed it only for the person to bring it up then.
