The location, facilities and breakfast were good, but the service was far from five-star hotel standards.

Liked:1. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all attractions, greatly enhancing the travel experience. 2. The room was very quiet; I was certain there were guests in the surrounding rooms because I saw them. However, I didn't hear a sound during my nighttime rest and fell asleep very easily, waking up naturally the next day. The bed, pillows, and blankets were all very comfortable. The air conditioning was adjustable. I slept very well every day and felt energetic throughout my trip. 3. The breakfast was delicious; you can order egg dishes, and the buffet has various homemade yogurts, which I really enjoyed.

Disliked:1. I booked a room with an atrium view, but the hotel changed me to a street view room without any prior communication. I was very disappointed and confused when I entered the room. The manager said it was an upgrade, but the room was the same size and had the same facilities as the one I booked. I couldn't understand the point of this "upgrade." Later, the hotel changed me to a corner room with an atrium view, but there was only one wall, and the view wasn't good. They said they didn't have any other atrium view rooms. I felt this was unfair because the price was the same. 2. There were no paper towels in the bathroom, and the napkin dispenser was empty. Because I needed to get out sightseeing quickly, I used the toilet paper in the bathroom and put it in the dispenser. I thought the staff would replenish the paper towels when they saw I needed them, but they didn't. 3. I used one hand towel on the first day and left it on the floor to indicate it could be replaced, and placed the other next to the sink. When I returned to the room that evening, the hand towels had been cleaned up, but no new ones had been replaced. I used a large bath towel instead. The service needs improvement! 4. The sewing kit in the room had been opened and used by the previous guest, and the scissors inside were missing. Although I didn't use the sewing kit, this reflects a deficiency in the hotel's room tidying practices.

Excellent choice for a city break!

Liked:- Perfect location - really close to all the city center's key attractions; - Polite and helpful staff - very good communication before arrival, clear instructions and help with parking; - Impressive design and very comfortable room - everything was excellent but the bathroom deserves special mention - so efficiently laid out yet so cozy!
