Memorable stay thanks to the amazing staff

Liked:What a gem of a hotel. Its in the middle of downtown, yet super quiet. I celebrated the birthday of my partner there and the entire team was simply exceptional. They assisted me with a beautiful room setup to surprise him and went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Furthermore, the staff are top notch. Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and professionalism, from Maria ( thank you again :) ), who assisted us at check in, to the staff in the restaurant , spa, reception area… everyone was always simply amazing. If you think about a get away in the middle of Budapest or you want to surprise a loved one, dont think twice and book a stay in this hotel. The staff are exceptional and will make sure you ll have the most amazing stay.
