Poor hotel. Not 4* I think

Liked:It's location to Metro and buses to access city centre. Breakfast is good but quite expensive

Disliked:Rooms were poorly cleaned and bins not emptied. Sheets are only changed every four days. Found broken glass on balcony even after supposed room clean. Floors need a good wash and all surfaces dusting. Basic jobs not done. Had to dial reception on outside line as they did not answer room phone. Stayed in 'superior' room. Rooms tired and bathroom cramped
