Great hotel to stay in Budapest as very well situated with direct access to a nice shopping center.

Liked:Overall friendly staff and very clean room. The Gym is very well equipped and the Sauna a really nice extra to have! The breakfast buffet has almost everything you could wish for.

Disliked:Overall, the staff was really nice but there was one Asian woman at the breakfast buffet that reacted very rude when her colleague wanted to ask her something for me.

A comfortable and friendly place to stay. Recommended

Liked:A lovely hotel close to the train station. The room was quiet (very important for me) and extremely comfortable. The facilities in the Executive Lounge were excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

Disliked:The location was about a 20 to 30 minute walk from the centre so not an ideal way to start a day's sightseeing but certainly not a deal-breaker.
