Liked:Location of hotel was great. You are really close to the river and place where many ship trips are starting. Rooms were pretty clean and staff frriendly.

Disliked:Showers lack anti-slip mat or something similar. I had an accident where I slipped in shower and hurt my toe. I don't blame them for it, it was unlucky incident. HOWEVER, after I asked my friend to go down for First Aid Kit (which should be a MUST in any place), all we received was bandage. No desinfection, nothing at all, only bandage. Staff said this is only thing they have. This is absolutely not not normal... I was lucky I only had a minor injury. I hope anyone from this hotel will read this and buy couple of new First Aid Kits and at least keep them at reception.

A budget friendly option close to the city center

Liked:The location is about as good as it gets.

Disliked:In the northern side of the building, the walls and doors are quite thin and you can very easily hear everything in the hallway. The breakfast options are quite spartan, which doesn't need to be a bad thing, there's some options but mostly white bread and other less "healthy" options.

Good location but bad facilities and was never notified of changes to facilities. Not what was advertised.

Liked:Location Two bathrooms listed but only one toilet there. They removed the toilet in one bathroom due to past water leak. Never replaced it or notified me prior to my booking. Five people to one toilet does not work when you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the toilet at night.

Disliked:Property advertised two bathrooms but one bathroom was missing a toilet. They had a water leak from a while back and had to remove the toilet. I was never notified about the changes and had five people using one toilet through a bedroom keeping people up at night.

Satisfying stay.

Liked:Room and bathroom were clean. Location is good. When we checked in the guy at the reception was very helpful with our luggage.

Disliked:There were some stairs and steps in between, from the front of hotel to reception and to the lift. Lift is rather small. Was a bit challenging with a stroller and 3 luggage.
