Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
In case of nonrefundable reservations, payments should be made via bank transfer or a secured link. In case you need to apply for a visa before traveling, the confirmation will be forwarded to the appropriate consulate. Please note that the appropriate consulate will also be informed upon the cancellation of your reservation. Please note that Visa CUP Cards cannot be used to guarantee reservations. Please note that in case of advanced payment and upon securing your reservation, if the credit card holder is not identical with the arriving guest a third party authorization form is required by the property. The copy of the signed credit card is also required for the final confirmation. Pets can be accommodated for an additional fee: - EUR 10/night between 0 and 9 kg - EUR 15/night between 10 and 15 kg - EUR 25/night over 15 kg Please note that the property can accommodate only one pet per room. Please note that in case of booking 5 or more rooms or 7 or more nights, different policies apply. A prepayment is necessary to guarantee the reservation, which is the 50% of the total amount of the accomodation fee. The pre-paid amount is nonrefundable and will be counted as penalty in case of no-show, modification or cancellation.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
