Very comfortable!

Liked:I really appreciated the receptionist’s availability; she was very welcoming, cheerful, and easy to communicate with. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a refrigerator. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, and the dining area appeared clean and was consistently replenished with fresh items.

Disliked:That said, I would have liked ingredient information to be displayed for each dish so that guests with allergies could easily identify what was safe to eat. I also wish there had been a better selection of gluten-free crispbread and bread. Corn cakes are not very filling for breakfast.

A very pleasant stay in Budapest

Liked:We had a very pleasant stay at Atrium Hotel by Mellow Mood Hotels. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and our request for one double bed was perfectly fulfilled. Everything was well organized, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Disliked:I put up the "do not disturb" sign, but my phone still ring twice during the night, and the cleaning lady, came into my room in one of the mornings when I was in bed, and was about to waking up.

Fantastic hotel with amazing interior and lovely conditions in the center of Budapest

Liked:Lovely staff who speaks English, location, interior is fantastic! Amenities, view from window. Very cozy bed and entire room is very sweet. Canteen is fantastic, it’s like you’re having your breakfast somewhere in Michelin restaurant. A lovely compliment from staff is always waiting you in your room.
