Very good price/quality solution in a well-connected area

Liked:It was a one night stay with a very late check-in, all went smooth. The room was big, good wifi, reasonable price, convenient location (3-5 min walk from a metro station). Definitely can be recommended also for a longer stay

Disliked:Breakfast looked way unusual to me: there is a relatively big buffet with lots of local food, which might be also an advantage for someone, but not in my case, sorry :)

Liked:The hotel is a bit older but everything was right and like it was presented on the pictures, so you get what you pay for. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was quite right. Location is good, you have a lot of different options for public transportation including buses, trams and metro station which is not far. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Very disappointing – poor conditions and lack of professionalism

Disliked:Very disappointing – poor conditions and lack of professionalism Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the staff did not meet expectations. Although we had a confirmed booking for rooms on a higher floor, upon arrival we were given rooms on the mezzanine level, right next to the breakfast area, which was noisy and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was a major issue — there was visible dirt, poor hygiene, and overall unacceptable conditions. The furniture was old and worn, clearly in need of replacement, and even the curtains were dirty, which added to the unpleasant impression. We chose this hotel partly because of the parking, but this was another negative point: the price listed online was different from the one we were told at reception, which shows a lack of transparency. Overall, a very disappointing stay, with many aspects that require serious and immediate improvement.

The price-quality ratio makes it worth it 😊.

Liked:Good location, quite close to the city center and public transport. The fact that it has a private closed parking is a big plus. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and sufficient. Even though we didn't have a beautiful view from the window, the important thing is that it was quiet. The mattresses on the bed, surprisingly comfortable 😊.

Disliked:The floor was old and creaky, the bathroom toiletries were of poor quality, and the shower door was defective. The cleanliness wasn't exactly a 10 😊.
