Lovely stay

Liked:We chose this hotel mainly because of its location, as it was close to where we needed to be. To be honest, I was a little suspicious at first, as the photos didn’t really do it justice and even the name didn’t sound particularly promising. But what a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the level of hospitality went far beyond our expectations. They were genuinely helpful and happy to assist with every request we had. The building itself is truly monumental, with so much character and history, and staying there made us feel like we were experiencing something special. We absolutely loved our stay!

Pleasant stay and good location.

Liked:I love the Thailand inspired decor of the room. Good breakfast was included with our accommodation. Great location. High End shopping was right at the doorstep. Very friendly staff and the reception was available for 24 hours. Appreciated that an elevator was available as we have two big suitcases. The elevator reminds me of the James Bond movie filmed in Venice.

Disliked:The reception was located at the first floor. Arriving in the evening and getting inside the building was very challenging. We were fortunate that there was a guest that was about to go out that helped us get in and directed us to the reception. The ground floor area did not have enough lighting. All you can see was dark stairs like in an abandoned building and so very hard to see the elevator.
