Disliked:The hotel was a nightmare if you value your health and safety, especially if you are traveling with an elderly person. We booked two rooms for May, both of which were supposed to have individually controlled air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, and the temperature in the rooms stayed around 28–30°C the entire time. It was impossible to open the windows because the hotel was located next to a hospital, and ambulance sirens could be heard constantly. The night was absolutely terrible. The reception staff informed us that the air conditioning had been turned off due to maintenance work and because something had broken down. However, this information was not provided at check-in. They failed to provide the service they had agreed to and then refused to issue a refund. They receive numerous complaints from guests and do nothing about it. In addition, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom. The location is mediocre, and you cannot open the windows because of the noise from the hospital and the busy street. We shortened our stay by two nights. The reception initially told us there would be no problem with the refund, but later informed Booking.com that they would not issue any refund. This was not a non-refundable booking. The hotel failed to provide the promised service, did not provide air-conditioned rooms, and the staff lied about the refund when we shortened our stay due to the scandalous conditions. We genuinely feel cheated and robbed. Never again.

Disliked:If you say the room has AC, then don't lie to Customers. A complete week being lied to, and there was no compensation..too bad to consider an option in this or any other city.

Great quality for the money

Liked:Nice location and friendly staff, comfortable well-equipped facilities. The room was quite soundproof. Superb breakfast
