good hotel in a great location, friendly staff and very clean, great beds, could use better showers

Liked:As someone who usually has a hard time sleeping in other beds than my own, the bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress was nice, not too soft. Room was spacious and clean

Disliked:I didn't see that there wasn't any fridge in the room description but it's quite a problem when you some stuff you need to keep cool and chilled. Also, the water pressure was very weak while also not really hot water... more like lukewarm... so definitely a bummer on that part after a long day walking and exploring when you want to relax with a nice warm shower

Very good experience!

Liked:Conveniently situated near tourist spots. The dental clinic (Helvetic) I went to is in the same building. Staffs are great. Very clean room! Near restaurants and cafe especially the Thai restaurant (Tom Yum) that became our favorite. Breakfast is good.

Liked:The hotel is in a nice, convenient area, close to many of the places I wanted to visit and within easy reach of the metro line, which made getting around very straightforward.

Disliked:Nice, convenient location especially if you’re having dental in the adjoining clinic. Close to many places I wanted to visit and near the metro, which made getting around easy. However, the biggest downside was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows offered little support, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For me, that’s the most important part of any hotel stay, so it really affected my overall experience. A shame, as with better bedding this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
