Good for quick overnight stay, but not longer stay

Liked:Price and location were good. Glad there's an elevator to get to higher floors. Water pressure and temperature was very good. AC worked very well! Bed was comfy, but only a top sheet was provided, could've used a light blanket due to the AC working so well!

Disliked:TV and remote were apparently having an argument and weren't communicating with each other, so no TV viewing!!! No closet, to hang clothes - just small knobs on the wall 🤷 Very little counter space in bathroom and no hooks for hanging bathrobe, toiletry bag, towels... Hotel listed breakfast provided until 9am, but food was wiped out by 8:30am and no effort was made to restock

Decent building but the management and lack of essential items is enough for me to never visit Wyndh

Liked:Location was perfect for my needs. The building has a nice exterior and the interior is fair.

Disliked:There was an ongoing theme for 5 days that I am aware of where towels were not always available. The staff took out towels but did not replenish. I went to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do. To make things worse, my room had fleas. Thankfully we were offered a different room, but the hassle is f having to my all three of our belongings at 10pm wasn’t fun. Breakfast was bland as could be, but the staff refused to replenish any of the food. No discounted stay for the aggravations (I had to go buy my own towels so I could shower). I was offered a discount on the next stay but I refuse to ever stay at another Wyndham property. There are too many competitors to settle for such issues.

Disliked:Stayed here three nights. Was only provided two towels on the first night. I Returned towels to housekeeping was told they didn’t have any clean towels to give me . Ask housekeeping twice for more towels. Ask the front desk twice for more towels. Was told each time they didn’t have any towels for me. My family and I were outside at the racetrack all day long on Saturday and Sunday just wanted to come back to the hotel and take a shower. And was denied towels each time. How disgusting had to go to sleep sweaty and dirty. Talk to the manager the next morning. He got an attitude. Told me there was nothing he can do for me. He also told me he had to talk to staff because I could be lying about asking for towels and just wanted something for free when I asked for some kind of compensation. WTF!! other guest in the breakfast room were saying they had the same issues about towels. There was also roaches in our room. One guest noted at breakfast that they had to be moved rooms because of fleas. What a horrible experience this weekend!! I’ve never been treated with so little respect before, and all my life after paying for service that I did not receive. Anyway, to each their own but advise to stay clear this place by all means necessary because they don’t give a flip about you!!
