House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited. The apartment may not be used for commercial or business-related purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00. VISIONAPARTMENTS does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Violations: In the event of a proven violation of house rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to: Issue a penalty invoice Cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund Request the immediate departure of guests Guests Under 18: Guests under the age of 18 may check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The required form can be provided by the property upon request. Arrival Notification: Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that Calea Victoriei street will be closed for vehicles between 25.04-11.10.2026 and will only be accessible for pedestrians.
