Great - would stay again!

Liked:We loved everything about the property. Great location - just down the road from a genuine Vlad residence!

Disliked:We loved the great friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Room - could have been better designed but maybe I have watched four in a bed too much!

Disliked:We stayed in a room on the fourth floor. The sink faucet was loose. The air conditioner was weak and outdated—it barely cooled the room. We could hardly sleep at night due to the heat.

Excellent location, excellent hotel, a perfect stay

Liked:Everything was perfect. Perfect location in the heart of the old town. The rooms were cozy, spacious, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was rich in variety. But the best of all was the hospitality and service. The lady in charge was very polite, helpful and a very hard working person. She was dealing with almost everything (the reception, the bar-restaurant, helping guests). We were pleasantly surprised about the way we were treated as guests. Overall, a strongly recommended place to stay

Disliked:Staff were indifferent. Not friendly. I found this in a shop in Bucharest as well. In that case the staff attitude bordered on hostility.
