Great location , good for short stays

Liked:Great location, easy self check in-check out, clean apartment

Disliked:Shower is kind of small. The sound insulation could be better. At night, I could often hear people coming and going from their apartments and talking in the hallway.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Liked:Communication with the owner was easy and smooth through WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi was excellent, fast, and reliable throughout my stay. The location was also fine for me. It took around 10 minutes to walk from the bus stop, Stop 21 December, if I remember correctly. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and was satisfied with the accommodation.

Disliked:One thing I did not like was the air conditioning. It seemed to turn on for around 30 seconds and then switch off for another 30 seconds, which made it less comfortable. I also wish the room had a small cooking heater or hot plate for simple cooking. Another small suggestion would be to add an air freshener in the bathroom and room to keep the space smelling fresh and pleasant.

Amazing view and perfect location!

Liked:Amazing views! Easy communication and unbeatable location!

Disliked:Too many signs about not slamming doors. Even tho as a first timer on the property and trying my best, a neighbor came and ask me to not slam the street door. Simply keep the lock open, push gently and then lock the door. Overall, a good place.
