Great location and good value for money

Liked:The location is excellent, very close to the city centre and to the airport bus stop, which made getting around very convenient. The room and property were as shown in the pictures and met our expectations. Check-in went smoothly, and communication with the host was easy. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out until it was time to go to the airport, which was a great help on our last day. The restaurant on site is also very convenient, and the food was good. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again.

Disliked:A few minor things could be improved: the water takes a little while to get hot, and I couldn't manage to open the bedroom windows to get some fresh air, although I was able to open the bathroom window. The duvet cover and pillowcase also had damaged zippers. However, none of these issues significantly affected our stay, so we didn't feel the need to raise them with the host.

Very good and spacious accommodation near the historic center of Bucharest

Liked:The hotel is in a very good location and close to the old town, no more than 15 minutes walking. The room was very good and spacious, with a very nice bathroom and an additional toilet, offering a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was easy, as well as it was the check-in and check-out. The street in front was very quiet, and easy to find a place to park, with a low cost for parking for the whole day (be careful though, it must be paid for, either by sms from a Romanian mobile, or with an application for the mobile phone that you can download on site, because it is checked regularly and they block the car if you have not paid). The day was very warm when we arrived, and the owner had the air-conditioning already open for us before we checked in. There is also a very good and well-known restaurant on the premises, which was under renovation during our stay and we were not able to eat there. Maybe next time. In general it is a good value for money accommodation.

Disliked:Very few things. Mainly more like some improvements that have to be made, than real problems. There was not a wardrobe to put our clothes, and the hanger in the room is not enough. Also, it would be good if the kitchen had also a microwave oven.

Liked:The apartment is in a great location in Bucharest. In about 10 to 15 minutes walking you are in the center of the old town. There is paid parking outside the hotel on the street. The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfy beds. We were on the last floor, so it could be a but warm during the day, but it had air-conditioning. The owner was kind enough to have them open for us before we arrived. In general a very value for money accommodation.

Disliked:The only thing I would like to mention is that the last floor, which is a separate big room from all the others, is open. What I mean by that is that there is a staircase that leads up to the last floor. This staircase is open to anyone, with no door to give the floor some privacy. The rooms and bathroom lock, with old locks and even though I am not sure, I don't think the entrance was locked either in the night. HOWEVER, I don't think that this is a reason to avoid the accommodation. There are cameras in the entrance and in general it is a safe area. But I can get how this might be off putting for some people.
