Liked:We had an early spring break in this hotel. The room was good and sizeable. The location of the hotel was great for the old town. Also the staff were helpful and friendly.

Disliked:Bathroom was dated, shower was very difficult to use - a new shower head required! For a 4 star hotel, no shower gel was provided which would be useful.

Liked:The hotel is located in the Old Town of Bucharest, right next to a metro line. Most of the city’s attractions are within a range of 1–1.5 km.There are restaurants and cafés nearby, although some of them cater mainly to tourists. The hotel’s advantages include its location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Disliked:The breakfast did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. We stayed for three nights. On Sunday, there weren’t even enough coffee cups, and the selection was much more limited compared to Saturday. Items that ran out took a long time to be refilled. There was also a lack of staff at breakfast, with only one person available to serve guests. As for our stay, we were placed in a room designed for people with disabilities without ever being informed. While the room is properly adapted for guests with mobility difficulties, it is less practical for those without such needs. The toilet was different, the sink was low, and the shower had no enclosure, causing water to spill outside the designated area. Although we requested a room change, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that we would be moved the next day. However, no one ever followed up or informed us further.
