Liked:Nice gatsby style hotel. Great views from the rooms up top

Disliked:Water pressure was very bad. It took almost an hour to fill up a bath tub.

Disliked:At check-in, we were required to pay a €150 deposit (€50 per night for our three-night stay). At check-out, we were told that everything was fine and that the full deposit would be refunded. However, it has been more than two weeks, and despite several emails and messages, I have neither received my €150 refund nor any explanation for the delay. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Liked:Clean, trendy

Disliked:The location, purely because the walk from the station to the hotel is somewhat suspicious and not through the nicest of areas. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Despite emails, the Hotel let's itself down by not responding!
