I and my son had a great time staying at this property and home to come back soon.

Liked:The property is conveniently located in the centre from where one can get to most of the city’s attractions within walking distance. The metro is also just around the corner if one wishes to venture to distant locations. The size of the room is adequate and clean with all necessities sufficiently provided. The whole property is tastefully decorated with interesting art works and the lounge has comfortable seating areas be it for relaxing or use as a work space. Accessing the property and facilities was seamless.

Disliked:The variety of breakfast could be improved a little with few more choices of hot food and fresh pastries.

Left after 30 minutes because no baby crib was there for my baby girl!

Liked:Not having a reception or staff present resulted in a very poor experience as I needed assistance for a baby crib that was supposed to be there but wasn’t. I ended up NOT even staying there. The only reason I rated 3 was because a day later they responded positively for my refund request.

Disliked:Room window gave directly to the lift that was in glass, the 30 minutes I stayed there I felt no privacy unless full curtains closed. The room was also too tiny to accommodate myself, my mother and my baby daughter

A relaxing and perfect stay

Liked:I liked the fact that everything worked smoothly via App and Whatsapp of Hotel It was very quick with clear instructions The location was perfect The room and lobby were clean and quiet with all necessary stuff that you may need Specially coffee and tea self service bar

Disliked:Maybe people who are not well familiar with Applications and smart phone working may have difficulty to stay here , this should be clearly explained on booking apps that you are totally on your own and application
