Liked:Views were nice, location was convenient. When we eventually were moved to a new room the AC was working and the room was comfortable.

Disliked:Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room and it was like a sauna - staff member said it seemed that the AC was actually heating the room rather than cooling. We were eventually moved to a new room but even that was a mess - we were told the room would be ready at 3pm and we came back at 3pm and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour until the new room was ready.
