Disliked:Be very carefull when considering booking this hotel. At arrival I was informed that I have to pay a 4x higher price than booked. "Some problem in the system", so either I pay terribly much or "sleep on the street". As you can imagine no more or less affordable alternatives in similar quality can be found the same day, so you can get into a very problematic situation, as I was. Even the manager level ignored my claims that a confirmed booking for an agreed price is a contract, that has to be fulfilled. -I was explained that some internal rules on the hotels webpage indicate that they can change prices as they wish if the "system" made a mistake... So, if you have any alternative option, take it! Its better to book somewhere else to be sure for not getting an enormeous price increase when trying to check in.

Highly Recommend NH Brussels Carrefour

Liked:Great location. Staff was very gracious and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were large and had a great view. Being on the sixth floor, the room was very quiet. Just a few minute's walk to the Grand Place. Restaurant and shops on the square where the hotel is located. Breakfast was very good with many selections of pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs and breads. The hotel is steps away from one entrance to the Brussels Centraal train station.

Disliked:We have no complaints whatsoever with NH Brussels.
