Liked:Facilities were clean and functional (shower was lovely) Stairs and lift aren’t the nicest but functional nonetheless and in my opinion didn’t take away from the stay Location is perfectly located in the city Would definitely stay again

Liked:The location is perfect for exploring the city and shopping, metro and train station is very close so if you plan on going to other Belgian cities it is perfect.

Disliked:On the second day of our stay hotel technician changed our bed to a sofa bed as this was our original plan for the room . Upon coming to our room we were shocked to find a couch instead of a bed and the bed linen completely displaced. The reception workers didn't know about that and upon further inspection found out what technician did without giving anyone a notice. Although reception apologized and provided fresh linen after we requested it, having staff enter our room unannounced and leave it messy was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. I am just writing this to improve communication between staff.
