Nice hotel but not so nice staff

Liked:Nice room and clean. Good location

Disliked:The lady at the reception was unpolite and arrogant. It was super complicated to do the check-in, just because the reservation was in my name and my friend arrived first. Even with the Booking confirmation, I was asked to send them by email a copy of my credit card, which never happened before with Booking. Furthermore, they have debited additional 50€ without pre notice. They confirmed it was a caution that would be refunded later, but I would have apreciated do be informed in advance.
