Liked:Location is amazing, and the rooms are recently refurbished and super spacious. Breakfast was great and a huge selection. André from the reception team went above and beyond with all of our requests. Highly recommend this property !!

An amazing hotel but needs staff that are on the same level

Liked:The room was one of the most beautiful and comfortable rooms I have slept at. The location was amazing, highly recommended. Felt safe and comfortable.

Disliked:Staff were loud and they were impolite, they needed a lot training. Especially the ones at the donning room.

Disliked:Poor poor poor customer service. If you book this hotel and for any reason need to modify your booking, they will not respond to emails just to make sure they can charge you the penalty. I will not recommend this hotel

Amazing location, great breakfast

Liked:Location. Great staff. Comfortable room. Great breakfast

Disliked:Our water bottle disappeared on day 2. I reported this and was told it would be replaced but it never was. Also we only had one large towel for the 3rd day Had a terrible view due to the building opposite being derelict
