Terrible service

Liked:Had a suite booked for months and the day we was supposed to check in we found out that they was renovating and tried putting us into two rooms with one bed each. Terrible service and no regard for guests.

Clean and comfortable place but staff were not friendly.

Liked:Clean and the breakfast was good

Disliked:I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee, burning my hands. My husband hurried to get something to clean with and a kitchen staff came out and made a dramatic, angry scene. He was speaking Spanish (I believe) which I do not understand. Whatever he said made all the other staff laugh. A nice lady from the staff FINALLY asked me was I ok. When I told her I would clean my mess she told me not to worry that she would clean it. I was embarrassed and shocked at how the whole situation was handled.
