Decently priced basement unit with all the basics.

Liked:The price to quality ratio was quite great compared to the other options in the area.

Disliked:The hygiene was lacking a tiny bit. We encountered a few things that we did not like too much: 1. There was a wet and moldy coffee filter left in the coffee machine, 2. One big kitchen knife was left quite dirty and greasy in the cabinet, and 3. The bar of soap from the last guests was left in the shower. Other than this, the place was up to standard.
