If you are going for an event book way in advance for a better price and do not stay in room 218.

Liked:We went for an event. The redwoods were nice. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked:Pot holes everywhere especially when trying to leave to go to the overflow parking. The room smelled like mold. Had to air it out. I also had my first asthma attack since January 2026 when i stayed in this room. It was either mild or was not properly cleaned after a guest had a pet stayed there. Those are the only times I get asthma.

Liked:The room was modern. It’s an historic lodge with a 1950’s diner
Disliked:Has a balcony but over looks a car park and a very busy road so not really useable. Pool appears to be permanently closed Nowhere to walk to. Good curb appeal from the car park but very rough around the back with some demolished areas now used as a car park.
