Unfortunately, this was a waste of money, and I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Liked:The bed was very comfortable, that's about it.

Disliked:To begin, the room was significantly smaller than what was portrayed in the hotel advertisement. The first room also did not have a mini refrigerator, so I returned to the concierge desk and requested a different room. The gentleman assisting us was very courteous and kindly provided another room; however, the second room was the same size and had many of the same issues. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was not what I expected for the amount we paid. The flooring was damaged, and I actually stepped on a piece of glass, which caused my foot to bleed quite a bit. In addition, the wall socket was hanging out of the wall, the remote control was missing the back piece that secures the batteries, and there was a hole in the wall. There was also no traditional closet; instead, there was only a small hanging unit for our belongings. To make matters worse, there was red lipstick visibly smeared on the wall next to the television. There were also no ice machines available on any of the floors, and the bathroom sink was extremely small and inconvenient. Since we stayed for two nights, I expected our room to receive proper housekeeping service during our stay. However, when we returned to the hotel on Saturday evening, the same sheets were still on the bed, and the used towels were still lying on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk to request fresh towels and washcloths. Although they responded quickly, we were given only one bath towel, one medium-sized towel, one washcloth, and two sheets. I was particularly disappointed that we were expected to make the bed ourselves rather than having the bed properly serviced by housekeeping. Additionally, there were two adults staying in the room, so I do not understand why we were provided with only one of each type of towel and washcloth. Overall, the condition of the room, the safety concerns, and the lack of adequate housekeeping we actually received made this stay extremely disappointing.
