Liked:The apartment was in a great location and easy to locate market ,and plenty of bars just across the way . The view from the windows was great also the shopping quarters is a nice stroll away and the river edge, where you can relax n enjoy a pint and food while watching the boats .the local parks are easy to locate .

Passable but very loud nights would not stay again.

Liked:The property was clean and nice one bedroom flat.

Disliked:We didn't sleep a night as it was the noisiest street we have experienced. The parties and people playing instruments, singing and shouting, it's not for older people or people who do not party. It is definitely not to have a good night's sleep. Also, the internet was very slow and it stopped working daily. TV not working to be exact, the remote control battery is missing. I have contact the accommodation as they have responded right away but we were leaving so not joy.

Cold, No WiFi and Expensive

Liked:The location was ideal, with many bars nearby and a Tesco right around the corner, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very helpful, even though we did not use the kitchen much. The microwave was very straightforward to use! Washing tabs were also provided, allowing us to do a quick, easy wash. The sofa was surprisingly very comfortable, and the pillows on the bed were good. The bathroom was pleasant with shampoo and conditioner provided.

Disliked:There seemed to be a draft in the apartment, which in December/January is not ideal. On top of this, it smelt damp, with a random step ladder propped up against the bedroom door when we arrived, not the best first impression. Whilst the heating was working in the living room/kitchen, this did not extend to the bedroom. There was a separate plug-in heater that failed to work, leaving the bedroom unheated, with the windows seemingly poorly insulated... Another issue that arose was that when I plugged in my hair curler one of the plugs blew the appliances' fuse and tripped the electricity box (not all the plugs in the apartment work either). The central issue was the WiFi; there was no wifi in the building, which also meant that the TV was unusable - the WiFi extender that was in the flat needed to have an ethernet cable for it to work (minor fix, but ruined the trip in honesty). The washing machine also leaked after being used. On the final night, we also saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor... to sum up, not the best place to stay for a romantic NYE getaway...
