It was quiet and a great location but the door handle and lock were hard to undo!

Liked:The location was excellent, it was a quiet area and there was parking.

Disliked:The front door was hard to unlock and the door handle was stiff and hard to open. We did inform staff but got no response. There was rubbish where you get the key from which stunk, the settee was broken as the left seat sunk and the bin in the kitchen didn’t open via the foot pedal.

Liked:The location and views were fantastic.

Disliked:Getting the keys and parking the car was a bit awkward considerng the garage fob is on the house keys but parking is required first. Also the front door needs attention as it was very difficult to close but was accompished with brute force.

Overall enjoyed our stay

Liked:Good location by the river with everything you needed. Close to shopping centre, bars and restaurants

Disliked:Some areas needed thorough clean. Pillows were lumpy so we bought our own.
