Dirty and not maintained

Liked:I can only say it was a great location
Disliked:Stayed for two nights. The photos provided were taken within the first hour of arrival (8pm) and the following day as more and more issues appeared. After messaging to say the lounge legs were broken, living room TV didn’t work, and the sink hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. I received a reply from the cohost (managers of the property) to confirm that the issues I described were “how I found the property when I arrived”. It is utterly offensive to suggest that these may have arisen within the hour we had been there. Issues noted within hours of our arrival: -Broken legs on lounge affecting two seats. -Dirty sink drainer in the kitchen. -Living room TV not programmed to any tv channels, unable to reprogram, or connect to any streaming. -TV remotes do not work. -Odour from both bathrooms (presumably slow draining pipes) -Light fixture hanging 20cm from the dining room ceiling. -Dirty rugs and carpets. -Broken floor trim to the bathroom -Slumped mattress in the main bedroom, and the bed sitting on boards which we have stubbed our toe on more than once. -Half curtain in the main bedroom off its track, had to jump on a chair to rethread each cheap plastic hook to have it hang correctly. -Popcorn and discarded ointment under living room sofa. -Dirty and wrinkling carpet in the bedrooms -Dirty string light pull in the bathroom (no switch) -Fridge is barely cold. -Laundry light bulb blown. -Strange collection of decor, dead plant, used candles, broken board games, random paraphernalia, excess old furniture. -Junkie getting a hit in the broken front gates to the apartment was the last straw. The listing title “hotel-like” is widely inaccurate, I have stayed in hostels around the world cleaner and more functioning than this.

Perfect location but needs to be cleaned.

Liked:Excellent location as in centre of Bristol. Easy access to all parts of the city. Large rooms. Two bathrooms
Disliked:All surfaces were tacky, greasy or dirty including tables, dressing tables, kitchen cupboard doors, warbdrobe doors. Stained rug in lounge had not been hoovered as there were crisps and other food debris on the floor. Other floor surfaces were unclean as shown by our dirty socks. No Wi-Fi on arrival. Resolved by phoning and having to reboot the router. Should have been checked before our arrival. Extremely dangerous light fitting in kitchen area with bare wire exposed from ceiling. Would not switch off or on whilst there and flickered permanently. Only one light in master bathroom worked. Insufficient number of towels left. No ventilation in either bathroom. Grouting needed cleaning in bathrooms. TV’s in lounge and master bedroom did not work. No connection to an aerial. Tried to find an aerial connection and so found behind the TV in lounge that area had not been cleaned in a very long time. Dirt, dust and other debris lodged behind the cabinet. Sofa in lounge had several large tears in it. As had the sofa in the master bedroom. Curtains were hanging from the pole in the lounge. Dead plants in the lounge area. Sadly the flat did not live up to our expectations.
