Just awful

Disliked:We walked in our room and the smell was so bad it smelled like mildew. We went to bed he front desk and explained and the man at the front desk said they only had 45 minutes to clean as if we checked in early and we did not. They gave us another room which was the same exact smell. At this point we left and called them and requested a refund they hung up. I called corporate but they did not answer. I intend to get a hold of corporate and get my refund.

Needs a better system between booking.com and actually reservation system

Liked:After driving 9 hours 1 hour before check in I get a call and they have over booked…. But the gentleman on the phone claimed they have been over booked for a couple weeks…. Not to sure why they would wait until an hour before check in to make these phone calls..
