Overall excellent and exceeded my expectations

Liked:The welcoming helpful staff, lovely room, bedding, view from the room, bathroom, location, coffee, juice & ice at breakfast was lovely. I have very tiny things to complain about overall I think this is a really excellent place to stay and I would come again in a heartbeat.

Disliked:I liked less - evening food only available in your room but that could be a week night thing, only beer available in your room so no chance of a glass of wine & breakfast could be improved.
