We loved it! Staff was helpful, rooms were clean.

Liked:I loved that it was a smaller property. The staff was super helpful and kind. The property was clean and well kept. Everything in the room worked, with the exception of the cable, but that wasn’t the property’s fault and it was fixed within hours.

Disliked:The only downside was that you could hear kids above us, but it’s to be expected.

Nice facilities with much potential

Liked:Amenities: Hot Tub, pool, Tennis court, Pool table, ping ping, foosball, etc Murphy bed!

Disliked:No free WiFi - MAJOR negative - this must change; even flea bag Motel 6 offers free WiFi; thin walls and flooring - we heard every footstep from above plus rolling luggage; our own place we could hear talking through the walls; free cookies at check in was nice, but next day we were denied a cookie - minor turn down, but it counts against customer service.

Liked:Although they were working on updates while we were there (new doors on the office and rec room, drainage from our building) the disruption was very minimal and we hardly noticed. The staff were amazing! The pool was really large and the hot tub was huge! The ability to check out board games was a HUGE plus for our family as we love to play them together! This was an amazing stay!

Disliked:There were some rowdy kids being watched by teens in the rec room, not the facilities fault, but maybe the property could enforce a rule to make it a little more strict with having parents be with their kids when in recreational areas, not just older teens. It did deter my family from comfortably using the facilities. It would be helpful to have clocks on the wall near the pool, that way we can see the time (we disconnected from our devices when we were spending time with the family). The main lighting in the rooms were a little dark, but it was supplemented with other lights, but it still made parts of the bedrooms a little dark.
