Disgusting stinky and Poor room conditions

Liked:The most disgusting Marriott or hotel I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. My first impression of our room is a smashed blue berry one the floor a huge dried bugger on the head board. The shower is not clean the floor is obviously not vacuumed. Pictures will be posted as well. Our room was hot as hell it was on 80 degrees when we walked in and the hall was just as hot. I told the counter that it was gross needed cleaned and the temp was hot. She advise us to turn it down a little so we left and came back two hours later. She had cleaned the room but the room was 82 degrees. I asked for a different room. I had a two bedroom and she said the best she could do was either a single or put us in two different rooms which would not work it was me my husband and two baby’s. She also said we could stay at a sister hotel but would likely be charged at both places. At this point I’m done my kids are crying the room is hot so we left and had to find another hotel which took a good hour while my baby’s are tired and just ready to get out of the car.

Avoid this hotel

Liked:One of the worst hotel experiences of my life, arrived at 9pm, no one at the front desk for 15 minutes I could’ve stolen everything in the hotel. When I finally get checked in, we go to our room and the air-conditioning set on 68 in the room is 78. The solution from the lady at the front desk was to turn the air conditioner off wait a while and then try it again. WTF I came back to the front desk. Had to wait another 10 minutes for her to return and she put my daughter who is 14 and me in separate rooms I didn’t feel comfortable with that when we got to the rooms both smelled disgusting in one of the air-conditioning units didn’t work either the worst Marriott property of my life I would avoid at all cost

Pee stains on furniture

Liked:We kept smelling iron in the room. We eventually found puss stains on the sofa. When I snapped a photo and took it to the front desk. She barely looked at it and dismissed me. “10k points is the best I can do” she said it so quick that it’s almost like she knew it was there. I feel I had a valid complaint and she immediately dismissed me
