Liked:I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Brampton. My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, and instead of receiving support from the hotel staff, I was left feeling completely helpless. I waited for hours trying to get assistance, but the general manager was unavailable, and no one from management seemed willing or able to help me during an emergency.

Disliked:As a guest, I expected at least some concern, guidance, or assistance with security footage, contacting authorities, or simply checking on my situation. Instead, I was left dealing with the theft on my own while being extremely stressed and worried about my personal belongings and important documents that were inside the vehicle.
