Liked:Staff went above and beyond to help me out on a late check-in since i was coming from Texas.

Disliked:I had a horrible experience. I arrived at the hotel, and there was no one at the front desk. I called a number posted at the entrance and waited for someone to show up. The staff member told me that there were no rooms available and that he couldn't do anything about it. I had made my reservation weeks in advance. This is clearly a breakdown in communication between the hotel and Booking.com. Terrible service from the hotel.
