Hotel with guests...roaches

Liked:It was close to the Riverwalk

Disliked:The hotel was in disrepair. Carpets were extremely dirty. I had a roach fall from ceiling on my face in bed. Got a video..spoke to front desk clerk Angela showing her my video. She had no authority and hotel manager would not speak to me. She stated he would be 20mins before he would come out. I powered thru my stay and made myself a promise. Never again
