Liked:When you are having a problem at one hotel and need to move across town to another hotel — it’s such a relief to be so well taken care of as we were by Night Desk’s Donna Leigh and Morning Man Carson. Their combined efforts are so typical of the amazingly high level of hospitality you always receive from Marriott team members. They got us into the perfect room, allowing us to be with nary a thought about the hotel we had to abandon. And this hotel is spectacular… the location is walking distance to WinCo Foods, Target and many others. The fitness room has free weights, plenty of towels, machines, mats, even a scale. Business Center works to perfection (with 2-sided printing). Breakfast included Chobani yogurts, little milk cartons (fat-free and 2%), pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, bagels and breads, as well as delicious breakfast deserts. There’s complimentary coffee in the lobby well before the 7 am weekends/6:30 weekdays start of breakfast. Our 2-Bedroom/2-Bath (one with a tub) Suite had plenty of room and windows that opened for a breeze. Once again, thank you so much for the ultimate in Bonvoy service, Donna Leigh and Carson. A very fine operation, GM Sherrill!

poor experience

Liked:You can easily hear constant highway traffic unless you request an inside room only to face brick walls with absolutely no mountain views. Breakfast go early, or you will be left with bare minimums as they are slow to replenish, if at all. Housekeeping was not on their game so if you don't mind walking down to front desk for tp, soap & towels, or if you don't mind sleeping in unchanged bed sheets because you left a ball cap on your bed the day of cleaning and they cant touch your personal items, you're good. Pool and hot tub worked maybe half the time we stayed here, and our stay was for 23 days so theres that. If we need to stay at a Marriott in Bozeman again it will not be here, it will be at the one downtown ( much better imo)
