Liked:The stay was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Osman and Dafna for everything. They were both wonderful and really made our stay more enjoyable. The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the wonderful staff.

Liked:The dining room and bar were lovely. Staff extremely helpful

Disliked:Our first room was a little tired. The TV wasn't working, when we complained the next morning we were given another room which was a lot better, not sure why we were given a room that obviously needed refurbishment when the hotel was virtually empty.
