Sad experience compared to many earlier stays here.

Liked:Beautiful building, nice room, exceptional breakfast.

Disliked:No bottled water in room to use with the coffee maker, or to drink. Locating two 83 year old people nearer to the elevator, not as far away as possible in a not busy hotel. TVs did not work in the morning before breakfast. Bathroom sink water flow is paltry compared to the water coming from the hydrant in the suite area. No makeup mirror in the bathroom. There was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower.

Great localisation, terrible service, not clean. Would not recommend

Disliked:The room was dark, not welled made, people could walk by our windows all the time as we were in sort of underground floor. The cleaning is not done properly ( when it’s done at all ) Pool is super cloudy. Overall very disappointed with the experience
