They gave my room away without any notice

Liked:The environment

Disliked:They gave my room away. They wanted to give me a room in the old section when thats exactly why i booked in the new section cuz thats what i like. Had to wait a whole hour for them to figure out what to do and find a new room. Made me late for my dinner reservation. They ended up giving me a room in the new but it didnt look at all like in the pictures of the room i booked at the beginning.... very disappointed. 1st time that kind of service i get.
