Once I fixed the microwave, I could enjoy the room and it was comfortable.

Liked:The facility was very clean and welcoming

Disliked:The microwave locked my dinner inside and I couldn’t access it for 45 minutes! With the help of YouTube (and not the staff) I was able to unlock it. Breakfast choices were disappointing.

Liked:Terrible WiFi for iPhones. All iPhone users must call Extended America's tech support line (15+ minute wait/hold) to reset phone settings to be able to use free wifi.
