Disliked:We booked a night a month in advance only to arrive to a house full from another reservation through a completely different listing. After calling the host, she repeatedly told me, “We are closed!” DO NOT BOOK

Unable to access house

Liked:The location was nice

Disliked:My phone was lost so I couldn't access the pass code. When I knocked on the door to be let in the people at the residence wouldn't let me or my pregnant wife in the house nor would call the owners of the property for us. Should have information listed outside in case this situation occurs. Had to go get another hotel. Unfortunately it's hotels from now on for me due to the security and availability of staff to help
