Overpriced.

Liked:While in a good location, the property charge an additional $30 fee not shown on booking.com. Parking overnight was $50. Late checkout started at $50 for an additional hour after regular checkout. Price gouging at its finest.

I wasn't even a guest

Liked:I'm not even a guest here, but this hotel completely won me over. I was in a bind and needed a quiet space for an important call and the staff didn't hesitate to help. Karen, the catering director, generously offered me the use of their conference room at no charge. That kind of gesture says everything about a place. It's not just about business, they actually care about people. Noah at the front desk was equally wonderful, helpful, patient, and genuinely warm throughout the whole experience. I'll absolutely be back, and next time as a guest. Places like this are rare. Thank you, Karen and Noah, you made a stressful day so much easier.
