Important Information

A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls. Pet Policy We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund. Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival. Note : The max number of pets allowed per room is 2 Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Liked:It was very close to a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions. It was even a few minute walk away to the subway. I also loved the complimentary tea and coffee at reception.

Liked:We loved the location and the view!
Disliked:We were very upset with the accommodations and parking valet fee which was not disclosed anywhere prior to our stay. The elevator didn't work. We were also upset with the fact that the construction work was not disclosed anywhere prior to booking. We were not able to sleep past 7am on a Sunday since our room was on the 7th floor and the roof construction was right above our room. We addressed it with the front desk but got only received rude comments that it is how it is.

Alexandre at The Bostonian: He Is the Reason I'm Coming Back

Liked:Honestly, where do I even start with Alexandre? He was SO amazing. From the moment I got there, he was welcoming, attentive, and just had this warm, inviting spirit that made me feel completely taken care of. What really got me was how much he actually listened. He made sure I had exactly the accommodations I was looking for, including a beautiful view of Faneuil Hall, and was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. He was relatable in a way you don't always get from hotel staff, and that genuinely made a difference. He also took the time to share so many things to do the next time I come to Boston, which was so thoughtful and unexpected. That kind of personalized attention and hospitality is rare. The hotel is great, don't get me wrong. But if I'm being honest, Alexandre is THE reason I would come back. His hospitality and service were just that good!

Fantastic service

Liked:The heating did not work our room but the hotel overcame the problem very quickly. Alexandre was brilliant, he and his team made our whole stay so welcoming, nothing seemed to much trouble. Absolutely loved our stay and will use again when we visit Boston
